Complaints
We have a complaints policy and procedure which is available to children, their families and the placing authority.
Information on how to make a complaint is given to each individual when they are admitted to the home.
Children have access to a payphone in the home at all times.
Arrangements for statutory childcare reviews
We aim to ensure that placing authorities follow the statutory review system.
We encourage placing authorities to hold more frequent reviews in accordance with the nature of the referral.
We will endeavour to enable and support children to maximise the opportunity to put their views and opinions forward.
